RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to ensure that your shopping experience is as easy and enjoyable as possible.
If you receive your item and it is not as described, please contact us immediately with your order number. If you're unsure if the Tidy tot will fit your high chair, please email us and we will let you know swiftly.
We will only offer a full refund or store credit within the first 14 days of receiving your order, if the item is found faulty and/or damaged. However we are not legally obligated to provide a refund if you have changed your mind.
Note that both the product and the packaging need to be in its original condition and unused when returned. We are not responsible if packages are misplaced or lost so we advise using a service that provides insurance or postage tracking.
Please contact us with your reason for refund and we will provide you with details for returning your items. We will also send you an email notification when we receive your item.
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or PayPal. Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges and refunds.
Sale items
Please note that sale items cannot be refunded, only a store credit will be issued.
